Service was excellent. The food was delicious. Dining room was clean. The manager was friendly and attentive - even checked on us after we received our food. I’m a a Panera Bread fan, and this is one of the best I’ve been in.

They take self service to the extreme. I ordered two ceaser salads both with baguette sides. I didn’t receive the baguettes. They didn’t come with dressing. There was a hair in one of them bowls and both bowls had dust and dirt on them. didn’t even look like they have been cleaned. very unhappy with my whole lunch today. i tried to get someone attention to fix it and no one help me.

As a Sip Club member I visit a lot of Paneras, this one consistently has the best staff! Shout out to Ada for her attention to detail and positive attitude every morning!

With no one else in the drive thru it took 15 minutes, two staff and three tries to get me a sliced bagel and an iced coffee half sweet. So frustrating. Won’t be back

I went in to this store for a coffee and stood at the counter to order. No one ever came to take my order. There were several other people in the restaurant who were drinking coffee and chatting so I knew that someone was there to take orders. I noticed that there was a kiosk. I am not familiar enough with Panera Bread but was willing to give it a shot. This took me longer than expected and I was on a very short break. I just wanted coffee. I once again looked to the order counter for help and once again no one was there to help. By this point I was getting annoyed so I walked to the counter and asked in a loud voice if anyone was here to help. Just then, a lady who had been sitting down in the restaurant side table with a man walked up. She asked if she could help. I was perplexed and even more annoyed because she clearly looked at me when I came in and let me go through all those aggravating kiosk prompts instead of helping me out from the start. I have never heard of being paid to sit down with customers when you are working in a restaurant business. Perhaps this is the way restaurants do things now. I will be ordering my coffee from 7Brew from now on.

Drive-through is extremely slow and no way to pull out of line. Oh and received the wrong drink.

At Panera on Bardstown Rd. Was in the middle of giving my ridiculously overpriced order to the cashier and the manager walks up and cuts me off telling the cashier something she wanted her to do. I said 'pardon me but that was rude'. She just grinned and walked away in her Crocs with no socks. This generation is so disrespectful. I'll just hit 7 Brew next time.

Multiple times at this location there has been a mistake with our order. We eat out frequently and understand that accidents happen. We always are gracious. However, we do still expect good customer service. When the mistake was brought to their attention, each time there was no apology, 2/3 times no response at all, just the kitchen staff taking the plate with a huffy attitude, fixing the food but no notification it was done. In the bakery, the chocolate chip muffles are frequently over done, brown and dry. However the customer service is the most upsetting. We have come to expect more from Panera.

Every time I ask for my sandwich to be heated and it comes cold. When I let them know, I always receive a bad attitude. No one apologizes. They don”t even tell me they’re going to fix it. They just grab the plate angrily, heat the sandwich and then place it back up there without a word said. USE YOUR WORDS!!! APOLOGIZE!!! ACT CIVIL AND KIND!!! BE CONSIDERATE!!!

Pastries are also always overcooked and dried out.

There was a language barrier with a cashier and myself. I told her we wanted to use a reward on our meal and she said okay but come to find out she didn't use it and we paid for it. They didn't have sweet tea. I pick up the food at the counter and one of the soups didn't have bread. I mentioned it to the girl and she said, oh we're out of baguette bread do you want an apple? Seems like they should have said that before we ordered the food. The Pepsi was out. Not a very pleasant experience.
