Have been going to this panara for years. Sometimes you can tell they are under staffed. I normally go into the restaurant and not through the drive thru. Today I went through the drive thru because I have a broken left foot.I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a green tea. $15 dollars worth of food. I got my green tea and they told me to pull around to the #1 drive thru spot and they would have it out in a “jiff”.I waited 15 min for just the salad. When I got my self out of the car and made it into the building the workers looked at me like I was crazy because I was asking for my food. I assume the manager is whom handed me the food and said oh crap I’m so sorry. I grabbed the food off the counter and said I will never return. He said have a great day!Ever since I broke my foot I understand the convenience of the drive thru and something more better for me than other fast food chains. Unfortunately this left a bad tasteIn my mouthSo I get home and the pictures are the salad I waited for. Will never return!

Why do they almost always mix the cold and hot food in carry-out bags? It's not rocket science that hot food should be packaged separately from the cold food.... Also, they constantly mark my order as completed online even when it's not - clearly just trying to meet their metrics. There are only two good employees in this entire Panera location and they know who they are - always going above and beyond while the rest of the crew fails your customers.

Overall this is a grade Panera Breas location. For literal years now, I have visited this one on my way to my favorite fish store.Always very clean. My friendly staff can get very cluttered at times but that's what you get being next to the city. Overall it's always a pleasant just in the food has been good.

The dirtiest, nastiest place you can imagine eating. Service is extremely rude!! Food was cold and poor taste. Open and leaking SEWAGE in the male bathroom. Sewage was on the floor and leaking from toilet to under the sink. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Great food and service! The staff was super friendly and helpful! I always forget the number on my account and the cashier was very patient trying the ones I remember. Great food made quickly even though the place was busy and good location!Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetarian options! The staff is also able to make accommodations and substitutions for certain dishes.
