Not sure what happened to this location. The wait times for my past couple pick ups have been wrong by 15+ minutes. Today’s was an egregious 30+ minute wait on top of a 30-45 minute quotes carry out time. Pizzas have been coming out overly thin as well.

Even tho I had my order made wrong first I gotta give a shout to the man who legit was manning this establishment on his own, no one to pick up the phone, toss the dough, check the register, and serving the people besides HIM, and he was cool enough to fix my order at the spot with obstacles but at the spot, later the delivery hopping but this dude was still moving. Shame on management and owners but praise to the real hard workers keeping the place actuallya running!!! And by the way NOTHING BUT SMILES AND GOOD ATTITUDE

Don't order from here they SUCK. My order was wrong and when I called to see if I could get it fixed the manager talk to me like I was slow I know what I ordered and I didn't get what I ordered correctly but was told that I could make another order....no thanks after I spent almost $40 bucks.

I have never had a more horrible experience than the one that I had tonight at this location on Shelbyville Road. I ordered online and was shown a completion window of 7:27 PM to 7:37 PM. I arrived at the location and let them know I was there at 7:22. I did receive my food until 8:03 pm. There were people that walked in and made an actual order at the counter and received their food before me. Oh and get this I hear one of their employees criticize my order by saying why did you order a Shaqaronni pizza if you only wanted half a pepperoni pizza. First off, the price point for the Shaq was $2 cheaper than a large pepperoni. And lastly, who are you to degrade the way a customer orders their pizza. Let's just say, I will never order from them again today.
We hosted a large event and ordered a massive catering order for 11a.m. This was the easiest experience I've had with a Papa Johns! Friendly team,clean restaurant, delicious pizza and they helped me load it into my car for our event. Highly recommend this location!

A bit disappointed because this was my cheat meal wasted lol.. my pizza looked old and was really thin. I rechecked my order to make sure I selected original crust and I did. The wings were mostly all fat. I might be being picky on the wings but the pizza was definitely not the best.
