I ordered lunch for my employees, I pressed order before realizing I had the wrong address. Have been in phone for over 20 minutes to change delivery by 1 block.. store phone numbers go to call center. Heaven forbid you actually get to speak to a person at the store you order from. Been hung up twice while waiting for the rep to ‘call the store’ - absolute horrendous customer service.
Placed order at 9:08 it’s 11:54 still nothing . Worst customer service ever they tried to door dash me something and it was a tiny box or something cold I have back to door dasher who spoke no English . I spend over 32$ and got nothing technically they stole from me ?awful I called corporate and sent email.
I placed an online order for a company lunch, it was a large order totally about $120. It took almost 2 hours to get here, the driver DID NOT have a mask on, no quality seal stickers were on any of the boxes, and no marinara sauce with the 3 boxes of cheeses sticks we ordered. I called and asked for the manager, I spoke with Stephanie, expressed my complaints and she had nothing to say but I'm sorry I will have a talk with my driver.
