On April 9 I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pineapple and extra cheese pizza. It was delivered later than quoted, it was cold and under cooked. Papa John’s agreed to replace at a later date. Today at 6:45 pm I place an order for that replacement pizza. I had to call the store instead of online because it was a replacement I guess. I order same as on 4/9, large thin crust, pepperoni and pineapple with extra cheese well done this time please!!! She quoted 45 mins. 55 mins...read full review

I ordered pizza today and they had to use door dash when it hadnt arrived I contacted the store on mud lane and the manager sam took care of me and got me my order quickly. sam you rock and thank you for helping me out!
