I ended up spending $50 on a large two topping pizza and 10 wings to have delivered at 5:30 PM.
I got my food about an hour and a half early; the delivery driver made me pull the food out out of his bag; there were 27 pepperoncini’s thrown in the corners of the box and on the pizza (I counted); and the pizza looked like it was made by a seven year-old with an adult standing behind them telling them it was “looking good, bud”.
Looks like I’m never getting Papa John’s again. Thanks, Outer Loop.

I asked this girl repeatedly if they had my order. Considering she had told me it would be ready in 5 minutes 10 minutes beforehand. I asked her after waiting far longer than I should have if they had two medium pizzas coming out and she said they did. After waiting a few more minutes I asked her again and it turns out, they didn't even have the pizzas made. Then the young lady with the braids started mumbling under her breath and making facial expressions. When I called her out on her attitude she started getting belligerent. Just like she did with the customer that was before me. So I asked who the general manager was. They refused to give me the name. That's not how this works. I've worked for Papa John's for over 15 years and if somebody has an issue, you tell them who the general manager is. I will be following this up with the DO of this store. The entire crew were slow and apathetic. I come from two different million dollar Papa John's stores in Louisville and I know a dead store when I see it. They had an empty screen and a handful of boxed orders on the heat racks. Now I know why they're not busy. Absolutely pathetic store.

I witnessed SEVERAL people making the food without gloves, food on the floor and them reusing it, materials on the floor without cleaning them, not washing hands and SO MUCH MORE

They forgot several things from my order And theres no way to even make a report on the app i ordered it on
My food was delivered and was incorrect and burnt and I had to come back up here and both the manager in training Tanner and the manager Danielle were rude and non helpful ! I stood there for like 10 minutes before anybody even asked me for the payement , the whole time I was in there she wa rude.

Probably the best pizza experience I've had in a while! Ordered extra cheese on one pizza and they gave us extra cheese our others as well! Only ordered 4 extra pepperchinis and got a whole container full. Ice cold 2 liters and our delivery driver was so sweet he waived our tip! THANKYOU so much!
