When my neighborhood store couldn't take a large order for National Pizza day, I called this location. KAYLA was amazing. She took care of everything! The orders were ready on time and everything was correct! She even came in early to help get it done!

The restaurant was clean on the inside and outside. The young gentleman working behind the counter was very courteous and welcomed me inside the restaurant. The pizza that I ordered was fresh and delicious. However, the cinnamon pull apart was dry with little icing on it. I contacted the Manager and told her. She told me to come in and they can remake it. When I went back inside to get a fresh order she said that she couldn't remake it because I had took a bite of it? This is ridiculous. I didn't know that it was dry until I took a bite. I don't recommend the cinnamon pull apart. Try their brownies or cookies for dessert instead.

Moved to Oklana area 4 months ago and the pizza is always horrible don't know what to do. Never had this problem before. Call customer service and they never help they just say the store manger will call you and they don't care. Papa johns has gone done hill. My order I just got yet again burnt and not enough toppings.

I decided I didn't feel like cooking so why not order pizza and cheese sticks on nights like this. I placed my order online and waited. Good job on time but very poor pizza maybe 20 pieces of sausage on the pizza and barely any cheese not to mention they forgot marinara sauce. Instead of the workers selling drugs or whatever they were doing maybe do better with making pizza and giving you the sauce you are supposed to get. Im going out of okalona and getting anything

When you walk in and you see your order sitting there, one gentleman is on the phone Taking orders, 1 person is making dough, the Other one cooking pizzas, 2 other people back there just standing their talking and on their phone. The least someone could have done was say will be right with you. Instead I had to ask one of the people that were just standing there talking if that was my pizza. The girl said yes and went back to talking. The gentleman who was taking orders on the phone was struggling a little bit but at least put the call on hold and said he would be right with me. The other two people still talking in the background smh. I DONT UNDERSTAND why no one came and helped him out until he had to go and get what looked to be a Manger to help him with the phone call and she told the cook to come check me out...

Food and services was very horrible I never experienced something like this not in this area l'm very appalled and astonished, managers are very rude no professionalism my pizza got delivered yesterday evening look like it's been dropped by the driver, I called the store to complain like any other customer would we paid $30 for this trash ! the manager was very dismissive and credited the order back. I was fine with that until all three of my children got sick from eating the Pizza they have food poisoning I called the store the following morning the morning manager who I spoke with of course she didn't give a name was so nasty hung up on me mid-sentence telling me that I'm lying using profanity and that my children are not sick and that our pizza was never dropped . l'I never recommend anyone to eat here . Very trashy distasteful people. Horrible people working there .

Pizza App said pizza was delivered. No pizza had been delivered. I waited 20 minutes to see if it was delayed. Called the store, and they asked if I checked everywhere. They said they would remake and send it out. 15 minutes later, a cold pizza showed up. Sad they have DoorDash delivering. If I wanted DoorDash, I would use their app and order thru DoorDash...I'm not happy with my order...Oh, by the way, the pizza they said they would remake never showed up.Atmosphere was 5 stars I was HOME.
