Josh is the bees knees in this a part of town. He should be training managers globally on great customer service and creating an inviting atmosphere. I could hang out and have a few beers with this guy. AND he runs the place like a well oiled machine. Watching the employees work let's you know he's trained them well. Excellent customer service will make you keep coming back.

My daughter ordered 8 pizzas online around noon for a pickup at 1:45. Got there at 1:42 it wasn't even in the oven yet. I asked how long it would take because we had people arriving 2. Said ten minutes so came back and still was not in the oven yet. We did not walk out with the pizzas 2:25pm.We got a shaqueroni it had less pepperoni then the reg pepperoni we got for the kids.Would have been so bad except something g happened last year and when I expressed my discontent they said sorry offhandely & some how made it sound like my fault.Food was mediocre and hastily made.Was told the gut was Theo only if there all day but we had scheduled for pickup at 1:45 and so many orders sitting & waiting.Had a lady come in that had ordered for delivery the was supposed to be delivered at 1:15 pm when I left no one had found their ordered.

The dude was by himself and was slammed it was a Saturday around 1pm . It took longer for my food to come out than the app suggested but it was ok because dude was doing everything in his power . Plus all jokes aside this was the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life from papa John’

Ordered online and left the house as I got the text that my food was ready (6 min drive). When I got there, clerk looked up my order and then tried to charge me again! Instead of getting my food, he then proceeded to stick stickers on pizza boxes and stack them in the window. He then brought me my food. I checked the pizzas and one was square cut and one wasn’t, both were supposed to be square cut. The clerk took the pizzas back and said he’d remake them but because I was now in line BEHIND all the sticker boxes, he told me it would be 20-25 mins I’d have to wait! It takes 10 mins to cook a pizza! Absolutely awful service!

i have never had to wait so long for a pickup order . order was placed at 1:58pm didn't get food until 2:54 pm , only one person in the whole store knew how to run the cashier. pizza was smaller than usual .

Poorly managed unfortunately. Ordered through PJ app. Requested “hand it to me”. 40 minutes go by so I check the app and it says delivered. Found pizza tossed up on the front porch. Pizza was NOT sealed and was delivered by Doordash. Very risky food safety. Expressed my concerns to the manager and explained we were tossing the pizza. His reply, yea I’m sorry, have a good night. I’ve literally ordered $650 worth of PJ the last 30 days for employees and customers. That ends today. Sad.

Update:Spoke with the manager, and he literally said that it is the app that did it, and there is still nothing he can do. I ask for a refund on my small 5.29 and lose my rewards, just for the principle of it. And he said no, I should not use the app while ordering for other addresses than mine. Papa Johns should say that before using the app on some online orders.This was honestly not a great experience. My order was delivered to the wrong address, and I still have yet to reach anyone at the store. I am just out of money.

Pizza was okay but really with these wings? They’re supposed to be TOSSED hot wings. Unreal. The only reason they get any stars is because the man at the service counter was really kind. I wont be returning to this location again.
