I've been a UofL student for years, and never had problems until now. I ordered a side and a pizza. The side dish was perfect. I opened the box of pizza to find that my order was made incorrectly but I decided to eat it anyway. It tasted great - until I took a bite of the second slice and found hair. I thought it was mine, until I found the rest of the strand, baked into the pizza dough. I decided against eating anymore of any of it.
We have ordered pizza from this location many times. Some days the pizza is good and others not so good. I've had zero issues with the delivery service. I have had issue with my pizza quality. The last time I ordered my pizza was hard and burnt and the toppings I ordered was not on the pizza. I personally think Papa John's over priced and low quality pizza if you are comparing to the competition. I've had better pizza from little ceasars. Papa Jphns needs to step of their game.

Not going to lie, I ordered a pepperoni pizza today and it was the worst pizza I've ever had including microwaveable pizzas. Also, it is clear this place lacks workers and management. I wouldn't want to work here for the amount of business they go through especially in the area. I also would only want to work here if they paid for my school while paying me commission of some sort.
