“So this store is made by it's employees, especially great service from a younger guy named Mason, be always double checks my orders and makes sure all of my sauces are with my pizza. There's another guy when masons not there that takes great care of orders and his name is Logan.. Shout out to two of the best workers“

“Stopped by the Papa John’s in Fern Creek and grabbed a pepperoni pizza. It was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was hoping for. The pepperoni had great flavor, the crust was baked just right, and everything tasted fresh. My order was ready on time, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely a solid experience, and I’ll be back the next time I’m craving pizza!“

But when I arrived I said something about I couldn't eat the pizza because of the week The two young men there, we're right on it!

“I ordered breadstix with 2 extra cheese dipping sauces when I picked it up I specifically asked the girl who rang up my order if my cheese cups were in there she said I got u...I got home no cheese cups so I called the store spoke with manager explained the whole situation and all I asked of her was to have someone deliver my two cheese cups to my house even though my house was a little bit out of their area she made sure to send me 10 cups of cheese through Uber eats or one of those delivery apps which was very nice of her so even though the employee lied to me and inconvenience me the manager quickly made things right so to avoid all of this I would suggest to definitely check your food before you leave the store don't just rely on the employee telling you that it's right“

“Alexia customer service skills are top tier I appreciate her verifying my allergen before hanging up the phone with my order and then that I have a Allergento meat she assured me that she will be making my pizza personally I really appreciate her“

“Better ingredients...just kidding. The pizza was delicious. It had a decent amount of toppings, and was reasonably priced. My only complaint is that they make you pay extra for the pepperoncini that they used to give you for free. The staff was friendly and the store looked clean. What else can you ask from a restaurant?“

“This crew saved the day when for a party I was supposed to get pizza from Little Ceasers that I ordered a night before and of course that pizza wasn’t gotten and the experience was abysmal. Went to this Papa John’s to quickly get pizza and they absolutely saved the day getting me 3 pepperoni pizzas, cheese sticks, and 3 cheese pizzas in like 12 minutes. Just want to shout out the crew and location for giving us hot and tasty pizza and saving our birthday party!“

“I’ve been to this Papa John’s on Mud Lane numerous times, and it’s always been a pretty solid experience. The pizzas are consistently hot and fresh, and my orders have been accurate. The staff is friendly, and service is usually quick whether I’m picking up or ordering ahead. A dependable location when you’re in the mood for pizza.“

“I was skeptical to place an order after reading the reviews for this location, but I was completely satisfied with this Pappa Johns at 117 W. Liberty Street.
I placed a carryout order at 8pm, so I did not have a Door Dash experience nor did I have a late night order. My pizza was ready quickly and the associates were very friendly. The quality of my pizza and cookie were great and my order was accurate.
I highly recommend this location and I will not hesitate to order from them again.“

“Awesome service! never had an issue that was in my control or outcome. The customer service is great never got the lady's name at the counter but she went above and beyond staying passed open to get our pizza order ready and even offered a discount because we had to wait and even offered another customer pizza options, even though they closed at midnight. I see they have a low rating but to me they showed what it means to be passionate at their job and any fast food restaurants I come across didn't offer that same customer service.💯💯 Atmosphere I give a 4 since it's a small location no in dining and standing there makes me feel like we are rushing the workers, but they communicate with you💯 Let them get stuff done. Im not too familiar with food business but looks hectic and be patient with them.“

“Very pleased with my recent purchase. The food was hot and fresh. I made a mistake when placing my order (I selected the wrong type of crust). Even though it was my error, they replaced the pizza free of charge. They even let me keep the original pizza. That level of service is rare nowadays. We'll definitely be back. Also, I got a large 1 topping, a medium cheese, a papadia, chicken bites and garlic sticks for under $35. Can't beat the value.“

“Cool older black lady working with customers tonight was a real salt of the earth woman. She was so helpful correcting an error i had with a doordash driver taking my food. She handled the other customers with superb customer service skills. She was making sure all the pizzas was covered in the doordash bags and protected from the rain as this was happening during a bad tornado storm. She needs a raise asap ! Great woman.“

“Everyone there was professional and did their job with decency and with order. No one there was having side conversation, everyone was in their own station doing their work. It is what you would expect of professionalism. I was always taught to speak up for when someone is doing wrong as well as when they have done right to you. And THIS Papa John's was professional.
I have a special needs child and normally they take off the topping and throws away the crust. When I brought him his cheese pizza from here, they ate it crust and all 😋🤩, which made me come back personally and tell the manger myself I appreciate the professionalism of his store. Not too often people like me are treated as people but a stereotype. This store DIDN'T DO THAT!!!!! And when I I tell you they were PROFESSIONAL, AND DID THEIR WORK DECENCY IN AND IN ORDER, THATS WHAT I MEAN!!!! Thank you.“
