I normally love Papa Murphy’s. This experience was totally different. We placed a mobile order, got our pizza in a timely manner, and then came home. Upon coming home to bake our pizza we noticed several pieces of mold on our sausage. We immediately called the store to let them know, because mold is never okay on any food and we didn’t want anyone else to get a pizza like we did. They offered to replace our pizza. Although I am very grateful that we got a replacement, there...

We love Papa Murphy ❤️! Customer service is always great. We usually get a pizza once a week. We love that they also give veteran discounts. Papa Murphy is the only pizza we eat.
