Everything was fine until half way through eating we found flys/Nats in our PHO we bring it to the front and ask for a manager cause there frickin bugs in the pho. A older lady comes from the back immediately defensive saying it’s not bug it’s “black pepper” I said “ma’am black pepper doesn’t have wings or legs” as I’m showing her the dead nat on the spoon. She proceeds to try and grab the spoon from my hand and I pull my phone out to record the evidence and she keeps telling me nothing it wrong I can video it’s just black pepper. After I take the video she doesn’t offer refund or to fix it and tells us nothing she can do cause it’s ok then take the bat off the spoon and crushed it and put her hand to her side to wipe it off and then said “ see its nothing” I called to ask ab why there was Nats in the food after seeing other reviews with the same problems and same women answers the phone not knowing it’s me and says “those girls liars and just wanted free food” I said “did you offer refund” she said “yes yes but they lie so they don’t take” we asked for a new soup or a refund on just the pho we spent 60 sum dollars in there together. Management needs to be fired or trained on customer service and I want an apology we left without making a scene and now she’s lying on us

I had a okay experience until I was eating my Brisket pho and noticed a bug on my spoon. I had went up to the front desk and had told one of the cashiers politely. I had said “hey I’m sorry to be a bother but a bug is in my food”. And I had proceeded to show her. She tells me one second I’ll be right back. So the manager comes up and she tells me that it is not a bug and that it’s part of the ingredient in the broth. My friend has this all on video for evidence. But she was next to me telling them that no it’s not it’s a bug. She tried reaching for the spoon while she was recording and ended up grabbing it WITH HER BARE HANDS and used her fingers to pick it up and smushing it. Saying “See nothing”. The manager didn’t offer a refund or any form of professionalism whatsoever. She was trying to lie to us about how it’s not a bug. She tried to make us feel dumb. She didn’t even offer to fix the mistake that had happened. In the background of the video you can hear her saying that it’s not bug it black pepper.

Even at 4.4 stars, this place is underrated. This is probably my favorite bahn mi I've had in Louisville and it's under $10! I don't usually go for the desserts, but they have a bunch of options. To me the atmosphere is a little...sterile, but it's more of a quick lunch spot than a sit down dinner.

I love this place, have been going to it consistently for about a year now. The food is amazing, my favorite thing to get is the P1 Pho. I only have a few complaints which are: 1) the wait for food can be a little long and 2) they play k-pop music very loud pretty much all of the time, so if that’s your thing then you’ll love it! It’s just not my vibe personally lol

My daughter likes to eat here in between soccer games. She especially enjoys a boba tea in the lounging areas.
I either get a lemongrass chicken or a pho, and my kid gets the other one and we share.

Bahn mi shredded chicken was so good. Highly recommend . The crab raccoon was also really good, I just prefer the typical shape They usually come in versus how they have theirs. But I’d get again !!

To start positively, the food was delicious & flavorful! The taro latte was super creamy and perfect to wash the spicy soup down.
However, the service left much to be desired so much so that I will likely not return. I placed an online pick up order, said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I get there at the pick up time, and am told it’s not ready yet. No biggy, I don’t mind waiting a little bit longer as I could see they were busy. It took an HOUR of me standing there to get my food. I watched as other patrons who ordered after I had already arrived came and went with their meals. After 30 minutes I was over it and had asked for a refund, to be met with “we don’t know how to do that” so I was basically left at their disposal to wait or lose $40.
Maybe it was a really bad night, since the other reviews are stellar but I just will not risk another nearly 2 hours of my night for this food.

I’ve had this place bookmarked since I moved here and I’m so glad I finally made it in. The tea menu alone is impressive—the cucumber tea (a new favorite) was refreshing and is definitely going to be a go-to as the weather warms up.
The Banh Mi was excellent! The pork was tender, flavorful, and hit the spot. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to try another one of their teas!

The corn dogs were so good! I've been searching for a good Korean corn dog place for a while and this hit the spot. They also have a variety of other food that I can't wait to try when I come next time

So, there's a variety of menu options here and a bakery counter. We tried dinner wings and Korean hotdogs. The chocolate croissant was so good. The wings were ok. The hot dogs ok too. They also have teas and pho which looked good. The dining area is nice and lots of room. Could use a clean, especially by the restrooms.
