Came here with my brother because it was a bar that seemed like it was more our style. Absolutely no where to sit inside because all the seats are reserved. They have pictures of the bar stools around the bars but there isn’t any. The only place you can sit that doesn’t have reserved seats is outside. Also the drinks are expensive for a small plastic cup. 45 for two drinks that are in plastic cups smaller than a red solo cup. Ridiculous. And they say they are changing things from what I see from the other bad reviews, well they are not.

Hannah and Ava were AMAZING. They were kind, courteous, and extremely pleasant. PBR is lucky to have such wonderful employees. Drink pic bc it was pretty

PBR Louisville provided a great experience for myself and my friends on May 21, 2026 who all were between 21 and 24, it was definitely a time that we will remember as we were intoxicated except one Hispanic driver within the group. The security staff was excellent, from gate entry to overall safety security of the facility, the young manager that was baldhead wearing a manager polo shirt was very professional and understanding to us, took the time, walked with us to make sure we all were able to get to our vehicle in parking garage as we were all highly intoxicated and could barely stand up. One of our friends in the group visited recently within week and said again that it was a great experience, different person checking IDs observed there was medical situation at the Beer Bridge and security promptly responded, the manager (young bald guy Field) immediately acknowledged the situation and provided exceptional customer service in handing the situation providing medical help. PBR is a very clean venue, love the fun atmosphere. We highly encourage people looking for a good time to visit such place. Wish they would offer food to eat at times but that still not stopping us from returning, we had a great time.

This place refuses IDs of anyone from PA who is aged 21-24 due to the state’s refusal to rotate them until the next renewal. Took multiple photos of said IDs yet wouldn’t contact police. Very sketchy and somewhere to avoid if you’re in your 20s.
If it’s vertical then expect your ID to be denied

I went to PBR last weekend to celebrate my 21st birthday and we had a great time. The atmosphere was energetic and a lot of fun. Huge shout out to Korbin, the DJ. He was on point and was super kind and made sure to congratulate me on the big day. Also, the young lady working the bull, Eva, was extremely helpful and took time out of her night to be genuine and kind to myself and my friends. Thank you all for a great experience. Also, I tried putting in a review already, not to sure if it went through so sorry if this is the second one lol.

We didn’t have food so I can’t review that area. We were looking for a fun night out away from home and headed to KY from Ft. Wayne, IN. We had so much fun! The staff was welcoming and made the night. We had so much fun dancing. We never had to wait in lines for drinks they were fully staffed and had quick service.

CAMI is always great and welcoming
Every time I come in I’m looking for her cause her customer service is amazing and Curtis is THE MAN
They take time to know what drinks I like that I sometimes don’t even have to ask
