The young lady that served us was polite. She however was the only one working. She was doing the work of probably 4 people and didn't seem unnerved or rude in anyway. Unfortunately this appears to be the way of the world. Shame on the manager of this store who leaves a 20 something young lady alone to work the whole store by herself. God forbid something happens and then what??? Makes me sad that she was left alone. Please be kind to those who show up and do the work of numerous people because others don't feel they need to work or help their coworkers out!!

Came to get dinner here on July 23, 2023. Ordered ahead online and paid online (only option) walked up to the door to pick up my order just for a staff member to tell me their machines are down and there’s noManager on staff to give me a refund. I asked how I go about getting my refund, I’m told to call corporate. Wouldn’t provide me a phone number when I called the building and a male employee hung up on me. When I came back to the building, she printed my receipt and told me to come back tomorrow to speak with a manager…why is the building even accepting orders they cannot fulfill, then making it the customers problem to hunt down a refund? Ridiculous. She was very apologetic, but this made no sense. Don’t order ahead at this location, if at all. Also probably shouldn’t toke up on the clock in front of work.

Had the pleasure of meeting the new general manager while visiting this location. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and felt very welcomed. Sandwich came out perfect. While waiting for my food, he took the time to check in with another customer who was already eating. This young man had great customer service, and I will definitely be back.

Best sandwiches in the city... I enjoy the food and atmosphere!!! I actually inquired about a job, and am now employed for penn station...Vegetarian options: We offer fresh salads as well as fresh veggies sandwiches.
I love Penn Station food but it's pretty expensive and so along with good food I expect a good experience and that's not what you get at this location. The staff is slow and doesn't come across as very friendly at all which makes things a lot worse. I can't recommend this location.
