The young lady that served us was polite. She however was the only one working. She was doing the work of probably 4 people and didn't seem unnerved or rude in anyway. Unfortunately this appears to be the way of the world. Shame on the manager of this store who leaves a 20 something young lady alone to work the whole store by herself. Ok subs subway is better but wasn't bad I've had better very bland sandwiches and way too
Penn Station East Coast Subs is a clean and welcoming restaurant with great food and friendly service. The staff, led by the young lady who served us, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including an all-veggie sandwich, and monthly specials are also available. The general manager takes pride in his establishment, greeting customers personally and providing excellent customer service.
