I love penn station. Last time I went to order avocado on my sandwich they told me they’re not allowed to put avocado on it when it’s toasted. This has never been an issue before, but they offered to give me the avocado on the side & said I could add it myself. I agreed. When I got home I was shocked to find that the “avocado” they put “on the side” was actually a packet more like sauce than actual avocado :/ disappointing but I will be back of course
I love Penn Station even though I am fairly new to experiencing this restaurant. This and Clifton location is the best. However, today, my sandwich was soupy ? Now, I still enjoyed it ! But definitely needed napkins. Everyone is friendly, too.
This is my first time coming to this location, and I honestly wish it was closer. All three staff members were extremely friendly and brought our food out faster than other restaurants. While I was refilling my drink I overheard one worker say she would stay a little later if the foot traffic picked up, and that is what prompted this survey. You dont see alot of workers anywhere want to assist in that fashion. Granted they still deserve 5 stars prior to that comment but it did...
