Reviews for Wingstop

Hated it... I will never go back! The service was terrible, the wings were terrible. I broke a filling on a crispy part of the chicken skin, because they fry it till the skin hardens like a rock. Honest to goodness... I can't be more displeased. Nothing could right this wrong... Except for maybe a refund, and a gift card to Roosters (should've gone there to begin with).

Went to this Hurstbourne location and dined-in today- waited 46 minutes for my food. Chicken was cold and fries undercooked. After asking for a refund 40 minutes in, I was assured my food was coming by the new management that recently took over... and was also given the excuse that, "online and telephone orders come first". There was no attempt to remedy the situation.

Ordered $50 worth of food for our family online. The wrong order was delivered. We called to let the manager know and he said he was sorry but the delivery company is a third party and they didn?t know how to fix it. We asked for a refund and he said he couldn?t because we ordered online. No food and no refund. That is called stealing. When I got aggravated the manager told me to watch my mouth. Seems to be the trend when I read the reviews.

About Wingstop

Founded in Garland, Texas in 1994, the franchise boomed to the famed wing house it is today. Now you can find over 800 locations nationwide to get your wing fix on. The menu is very basic, sticking to what they do best. You have a choice of wings, boneless wings or chicken strips. While that seems ordinary, the sauces catapult it into extraordinary. You have a choice of sauces that range from mild to spicy. On the spicy end of the sauce spectrum, you have Atomic, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Original Hot, and Louisiana Rub. Non-spicy sauce options include Mild, Hickory Smoked Barbecue, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, and Teriyaki. You can also opt for one of the dips like ranch, hot cheddar cheese sauce, blue cheese, and honey mustard. Of course, no feast of wings would be complete without side items. Choose from vegetable sticks, coleslaw, fresh-baked yeast rolls, baked beans, potato salad, or seasoned hand-cut fries. Together with these incredible wings, it makes for a fantastic casual meal.
