we spent 35$ on grease!! our sandwiches were barely filled with meat and our fries were literally held in the cup by dried grease.. absolutely disgusting!!! how you serve this to people is disappointing. not returning EVER!!
I have been disappointed at the Louisville Hurstbourne and Blankenbaker locations. Hurstbourne today had an employee with no mask. He wasn't working at the moment but was walking around the store, including around customers & other employees. When I asked why, the griller told me "it gets hot back here". At Blankenbaker, each of the past 2 or 3 visits, the female griller had her mask beneath her nose. I have said something there but nothing changes. #MaskUpKY
