I really enjoy the food here, The service could at least pretend to enjoy their job.

I ordered the monthly special, large size. I was so excited to be here. I just told my sister on the phone, that this was the best Penn Station in Louisville. I told the young man what I wanted. I asked for extra provolone with mayo added to the sandwich. I said to him, please make sure mushrooms and extra onions are on the sandwich. I have no problem paying for what I like. Normally, I just get the sandwich but since it was the monthly special, I thought okay. This has meat and mayo only on the bread. Worst sandwich EVER!!! I will return the sandwich tomorrow for a refund. So disappointed. About to take a picture of it as well. Please make this right. I used to be a manager in fast food service before retiring. 😡

Love me some Penn Station. I have a very unique request on how I like my Rueben prepped. They never disappoint me.

They never answer the phone and if they do they hang it up immediately because they accidentally pushed the answer button

Penn Station has no reason to be this good. Probably because everything is made fresh, right in front of you. The meat is grilled to order, the potatoes are julienned and fried just for you, and the staff are very friendly and skilled at what they do.

Try the teriyaki chicken sub, and say yes to the onions and mushrooms! And come hungry!

Denied a service animal and person with a disability (they even provided papers even though they weren't required to). The employees should be embarrassed as this is illegal. Apparently you don't have to have half a brain to make a sandwich.Like imagine being disabled and told you weren't allowed to eat somewhere, because somebody on a power trip decided a trained and certified animal that assists in keeping you alive isn't allowed in a resturaunt they're getting paid hourly to work at. Congrats employee of the year! Not only did you discriminate against a disabled person, you just earned a possible lawsuit."2. If a person is accompanied by an assistance dog, neither the person nor the dog shall be denied admittance to any hotel, motel, restaurant or eating establishment, nor shall the person be denied full and equal accommodations, facilities and privileges of all public places of amusement, theater or resort when accompanied by an assistance dog. KRS 258.500(2)."
