First and foremost, this is one of the cleanest Penn Stations I've been in been. Next, the two ladies working today had top teir customer service. Overall it was great. Would recommend this location for lunch.
Everyone was friendly and they seemed to be having a great time working, too. The food was great and the lemonade was as amazing as always. Thank you for the good vibes and the fabulous food.
Restaurant was not clean! Trash on floor in kitchen area. Tables were not clean. Bread just sitting out and not covered. My friend ordered Philly cheese steak Sandwich. It was very very greasy. Fries were cold and not alot in cup. Fountain drinks were not clean and very diluted. Workers were dressed in pajama pants. The workers were very friendly and nice.
