I have been eating in this establishment since the 90's and the quality has never slipped. It is one of the best Italian restaurants in Louisville and the best by far Persian restaurants in Kentucky. The food is excellent and the price is unbeatable. I eat there for lunch during the week and one the weekend I eat Persian food there with my family. Its amazing.
This is the perfect spot for a business lunch or a quiet, romantic dinner near downtown. We had our rehearsal dinner here a year ago, and it was perfect for both our party size and our budget. First time here and really enjoyed the entire evening. Ordered off the Persian side of the menu and it took me to my days in Turkey. The delicious combination of spices was spot on. However the big surprise of the evening was the ice cream only made here. A Rosewater Pistachio creation of pure heavenly delight! I look forward to returning to Pesto's!
