We had lunch At PF Chang last Wednesday…we ordered Mongolian Beef & 2 Egg rolls. We were looking forward as we had not been there f a while…….very slow in getting our order but that was OK, when we finally got our order the beef was so tough I could not eat, my husband asked for a knife as well as a spoon for the rice….He was able to cut in small pcs.
