“The last few times I've ordered from the hillview location the food has been super fresh and amazing! It's exciting to have multiple good experiences anywhere and hillview pizza hut has been great lately ♡ hope they keep it up and my business and tips will definitely continue!“

“I ordered several items that were turned over to Doordash for delivery. The driver then apparently skipped to country with my food. I called the store on 7th street the next business day and they were very apologetic and the credit hit my card that day. It wasn’t the store’s fault and it was remedied with one quick phone call. Mistakes happen at every business and how a business deals with them is important. Nobody wants a hassle to clear up someone else’s error.“

“Really, really good pizza and boneless wings. Soft crust and melty cheese. Wonderful. I've honestly never had pizza this good in a pizza hut before. And it's like this. Every. Single. Time. Tbh imma apply to work here too, so I have a reason to be here when I decide to get dinner. 😅 Great food and service.

“Pizza Hut os one of the best pizza restaurants in Louisville. I have eaten Pizza Hut pizza since before places started delivery. I don't know who or when the delivery for any places in louisville, but I do know that I ordered a Lion's share of it from Pizza Hut from the time it started until now. Pizza Hut remains one of my favorite choices for pizza if not the favorite of all time. This particular Pizza Hut, the one on Shelbyville Road and St Matthews area near Trinity High School, is the second Pizza Hut that I delivered for when I was younger. This was also a delivery pickup, but this one was a DOORDASH DELIVERY PICK UP. Pickup was efficient and was as quick as I could walk to the counter. Precise, correct, and out the door into the customer in less time than expected or necessary to fulfill being on an time delivery. Staff was nice and pleasant but working hard, and not too many places I walk into all employees are hard at work doing things that should be done. Not as many as when I was younger that's for sure. Great job five stars.“

“customer service was amazing. The manager in charge, Telesha, was a perfect example of somebody doing their job perfectly and going above and beyond to make their customers feel appreciated. “Melinda is awesome. Last manger was rude and very unprofessional. Melinda gave me a call 5 mins after putting in my complaint and handled business. I really Hope she can shape this location up. One of the few restaurants we have in the westend.“

“Listen, I do not write bad reviews. I’ve worked in the food industry. I know how it is. I am very patient with restaurants but my experience at this pizza hut location 12/9/2024 was atrocious. I called to place a carry out order. I ordered a dinner box with the medium pan pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. I wanted my pizza to have alfredo sauce, chicken and bacon…that’s it. I arrived at the store to pick up and pay for my order. I sent my friend inside with the money to get it and she comes out with a personal pan pizza with chicken sausage and bacon and the cheese sticks. Even if the toppings were what I ordered, how’s that going to feed 2 adults and a 2 year old? At this time, we had my 2 year old son and her 8 month old daughter in the car and I was not feeling good, so she went back in to have the order corrected. A couple minutes later, she comes out and says that the guy told her I had to come in to fix it. WHY?!? So I go in and despite my aggrevation, I remain calm and patient with the employee. I explain that I did not order a personal pan, I ordered the dinner box with the medium pan pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. The guy goes “We’ve already got this made so I’m not even going to ring you up for it”. Mind you, I’m not feeling good so I go back to my car… my friend goes to get our food. She comes back out and the medium pan pizza had chicken sausage and bacon. At this point I am absolutely livid! I understand making a mistake once but to make the same mistake on a REMAKE is simply carelessness. I had already left because I trusted it was correct this time so I go back to the store and I call to speak to the manager and this is where things smooth out. I asked for a refund and then realized that we weren’t even given a receipt. This tells me that the guy who took my order knew that he made a mistake and tried to cover it up. She goes to reprint our receipt and come to find out WE WEREN’T EVEN RANG UP CORRECTLY. The manager was very upset with the employee understandably so. She brings me my money back and assures us that she will personally make us the correct pizza. She brings it out and finally well over an hour after I placed the order we have what we originally ordered plus cinnamon rolls for the MASSIVE inconvenience. To the manager, we appreciate you for making this right for us which is why I rated 4 stars instead of one and calling corporate. We took the messed up food to the homeless shelter because I am not one to throw away food. I believe in second chances so it’s likely that I will return in the future especially since I doordash in the downtown and brownsboro area but I hope that next time I have a much better experience.“

“I was reminded today that there has always been--and still is--a real difference in the quality of a Pizza Hut pizza versus other national chains.

This location nailed all aspects of the experience; from the lady on the phone taking the order to the staff onsite who greeted me friendly and professionally, to the pizza itself.

I asked for extra sauce on the pizza; a request I rarely feel is actually done at other chains, and it was perfect.

It was also nice that it took exactly how long they said it would take for my order to be ready; 15 mins.“

“Delivery in 30 minutes. Follow instructions unlike Bearnos who just drop it at your door and leave it. Pizza Hut makes my pizza perfect every time ? This is the Springhurst location. 7/3/24 excellent service delivered promptly and pizza made perfectly great job!“

“Pizza Hut Papa John's Domino's sometimes they seem all the same to me but if you're in a hurry and you're hungry and you want some pizza and you don't want to go through all of us and spend a lot of money then I suggest you call in takeout order from Pizza Express and pick it up yourself it'll save you some money and they usually have some good specials going on“

“I've been to a lot of Pizza Hut locations in my day and this one is second to none! I always order extra sauce and this place delivers. Sometimes I even think I get extra toppings. The cheese always goes all the way to the crust and I never have any bubbles. The employees are absolutely crushing it here. Plus the staff is always super friendly to me. Best location you can find in Louisville for sure!“

“Rolled the dice on supper tonight. Decided to give PH Taylorsville Road a try. Pizzas were delivered earlier than predicted, hot, fresh, delicious and they were really good looking pies. Well done, Taylorsville Road PH. We will definitely return. Honestly really good fresh pizzas. Thank You!!“

“Ordered ahead and the food was ready when we arrived. The person working the window apologized bc they were out of an item I ordered but they had upgraded me to a different item at no charge. He was very nice and professional. The food was great. We hadn't had pizza hut in a long time and I'm glad we gave it a chance. Will be ordering from the hut, especially this location, more often in the future“
