Got delivery from this location and had a lackluster experience. Order was out for delivery for over an hour despite living 3 minutes away. Called to the store to ask about the delay and was fortunately given a refund (still waiting to see that post as of 45 minutes after getting my order)

Pizza and breadsticks weren’t hot or fresh, likely delivered via DoorDash (driver wasn’t in any uniform and car wasn’t marked) which I’ve never had good experiences...

Ordered ahead and the food was ready when we arrived. The person working the window apologized bc they were out of an item I ordered but they had upgraded me to a different item at no charge. He was very nice and professional. The food was great. We hadn't had pizza hut in a long time and I'm glad we gave it a chance. Will be ordering from the hut, especially this location, more often in the future

I got the deal with two supreme. One was suppose to have pineapple on one side and the other with mushrooms (no pineapple). Also, they were not generous at all with the toppings. Keep in mind that it was a carryout and I tipped them, 3601 Buechel By-Pass, Louisville, KY, 40218)
