I ordered on Sunday and it was being delivered by DoorDash.
Upon bringing the food it the box wasn’t even warm, the food wasn’t even remotely warm.
Tried taking out a slice to microwave it but it was clearly old cause it wouldn’t pull apart.
Further inspection there was white stuff on the pizza, I didn’t ask for parmesan cheese and this didn’t really look like it, so I just threw it away.
So either Pizza Hut put something suspicious on it or the DoorDash...read full review
My husband and I took our granddaughters tonight for supper..I won't ever do it again!! First no menu posted for dine in..then had to go online to look at what menu options they had..then as we were sitting there figuring out what we wanted and how many pizzas we would like to get..after deciding I walked up to order and nobody walked to get an order and I stood there so I walked back to the table..things got sketchy when a few guys making the pizzas were looking in the dining...read full review

Pizza Hut on New Cut Rd. has gone above and beyond to make amends for messed up orders, delivering the same day on two occasions. Their pizza is considered the best compared to other pizza places. Ordering through the app is fairly easy, and the food, such as the large pepperoni pizza and Cinnabon mini-rolls, is of good quality and tastes great. Despite the high prices, the overall experience at Pizza Hut remains satisfactory.
Some customers have noticed changes in the sauce, with the wings not being as spicy as before. Occasionally, there have been issues with the soda orders, but the restaurant has been responsive in resolving such problems. The dining area needs a serious makeover, as the furniture and carpet are outdated and in poor condition, leading some customers to prefer takeout or delivery. However, the pizza toppings are wonderful, though the thin crust has changed and is not as good as it used to be.
