Placed an order for a 5 piece tender and mashed potatoes with gravy, and got a chicken breast, leg, 3 shrimp!?, and in tender, mac&cheese & gravy. Literal robbery. Since I gotta starve ima tell everybody else how I had to starve.
I am truly baffled at how often this one, and the one father south on Bardstown Rd keep getting my order wrong.
I only order one thing, a spicy chicken sandwich with extra spicy mayo. I only order in the app, eliminating the possibility of taking my order wrong.
But more often than not, the sandwich is wrong. This recent visit was absurd. Almost no mayonnaise at all; so little that I couldn't tell if it was regular or spicy. Beyond parody, beyond words
The only saving grace was the chicken breast piece was hot, crispy and fresh.

After waiting 45 minutes to get my order it wasn't correct, and it was COLD !!! Staff was arguing, and ready to fight each other !!! Horrible Experience 👎👎

I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and was told that ranch sauce would cost $0.25. However, after I got home, I noticed I was charged $1.27 on my card.
This kind of pricing inconsistency is frustrating and feels misleading. I don’t mind paying for extras, but I expect the price given in-store to match what I’m actually charged.
I hope management can clarify and ensure better transparency in the future.
