Rude employees. Always talking about personal business around customers. One employee had a small plastic solo cup filled with a brown liquor walking around the kitchen drinking.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this establishment is awful. Do not spend your money on their food or waste gas to drive here. I’ve been twice now, and the first time I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru line (I counted) and was told I needed to come inside to pick up any drive thru orders made through the Popeyes app. Whatever, fine, I’ll go in. This time, I arrive at 6:52pm on a Friday after placing a mobile order at 6:52pm and a man comes outside, clearly unaffiliated with the company, telling me the place is closed and no one is inside. I am yet to receive my refund. DO NOT COME HERE.

Horrible no one in there cares. I’ve been 3 times and the never give me the right order. Never going here again. I’ve lost 40 bucks from items I didn’t receive but paid for.

never had a problem here before but went today and they were absolutely terrible at there job. i’ve always order my spicy tenders with my spicy mayo and some young boy wanted to tell me they couldn’t give me the spicy mayo then come to find out after taking a bite of my chicken that is was classic. along with them messing up something so basic as a dr pepper with no ice too. they are absolutely lazy and had terrible customer service. they don’t care to pay attention to what customers order.

Due to an accident out front all the employees decided to clock out and wait in the lobby watching the commotion outside. I paid online and didn't receive my food. I'm not from here and the customer service routed me back to my hometown. This is unacceptable and the employee need to be reprimanded. I am a diabetic and thank God McDonald's was open or I would had an attack. Didn't receive a refund , so how do I go about that?
