All I can say is for the reputation of the franchise the Shepherdsville store should be shut down. I have never seen such incompetent in my life.

Normally I like Popeyes, but I guess it's the one you go to. I went the other night and they didn't give me what I ordered. (I asked for a non spicy sandwich and got one anyway).

Came here 6 months ago and ordered ahead of time on the app.

Everything tasted great and they had my order ready on time, unlike other Popeye’s locations in Louisville, lol.

Drive thru is a joke. One order at a time. They are timed on service
1 take your order
2 you drive up
3 you pay
4 you pull up for them to bring you your order
5 they bring you your food
6 they take the next order and start at 2 again

They need to do away with the timer in drive thru. They’ll have more orders.

Absolutely terrible they missed half my order, and wanted me to repay for part of my order that they missed! This place is trash, get some workers that can do the job right.

Food is always hot and fresh. BEST VALUE MEAL IN TOWN!!!!! Great customer service. If you looking for chicken get it from them.

I’m giving it three and not lower because I usually have a decent experience but last night I had food left out my order which I had to travel at night in bad weather to get my food replaced only to have miniature wings that are half the size of their usual wings and of course no apologies for the multiple food that I had to remind them they forgot

Food was great. I got a 2 piece combo and s 3 piece combo. I got mashed potatoes for both sides. The 3 piece I ordered a large coke yo drink and for myself I got the frozen classic lemonade. It was amazing!
