I had a great experience! The food was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing. The chicken was crispy, the sides were delicious, and my order was made just right. The staff was friendly, and everything was handled quickly!

A special shoutout to Shawn, the manager he’s awesome! You can tell he genuinely cares about both his team and the customers. Great leadership like his really makes a difference. The manager before clearly didn’t take the job seriously, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great experience at Popeyes! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The spices were absolutely delicious and gave the chicken an amazing taste. Please bring back KFC to this area. When we get cravings for chicken and are too tired to cook, we give this place a shot and always are disappointed. From long waits when there is literally zero customers, not getting concomitants we've asked for and getting orders wrong or missing items. I hate to complain but it's like every time we've gotten the wrong items. I remember working for fast foot and can't comprehend how this place is still in business. If you just want a piece of chicken, MAYBE they'll get it right but if you ask for all dark meat meal, no shot. I'll give you a star for the chicken but sorry, we aren't coming back.

Waters not on the kiosk, no napkins in the fountain area, no condiments in dinning area, no tooth picks, when I eat chicken I need a tooth pick, I ordered a wing dinner, no biscuit, pieces not wings, my wife got her biscuit and hole wings ⁉ask for a lots of pepper they gave me two packs , Guess when I'm going back to that location. It better than Middletown they wouldn't waite on us.

Managers been on the phone entire time I’ve been here over 30 minutes all alarms are going off in Kitchen nobody working food was an online order still not ready

Waited 10 min just to order, then another 12 min for my food – 22 min total. Entire meal was cold. Mashed potatoes missing entirely. Biscuits also cold.

When I told the manager, she basically said I was wrong. She seemed completely unprepared to run the store, trying to wrap up nearly an hour before closing. At least 4 people gave up and left the drive-thru while I was waiting.

As a national business executive, I expect basic professionalism and food quality. Got neither here. Avoid this location.

Got a spicy chicken sandwich and found a cockroach on my bag that crawled onto my hand. Absolutely horrified that I might have eaten something I didnt see. Dont go here.
