10/10. Jupiter was sweet and helpful. Food was incredible and the ambiance was special for an anniversary dinner.

The Charred Octopus shareable appetizer was excellent. Tender and very flavorful! The Bison Burger was excellent and the two at our table that got the clam and chorizo spaghetti both raved about that. The only negative was we waited 20 minutes before the waiter took our drink order. After that, service was good. I will return!

It was amazing. It was so so very good.  Our server Jupiter was amazing. He knew all the answers to the questions and his recommendations were a spot on.  I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.  It's also inside of a museum that has fabulous art, fun and quirky.

Food was very good. Got the filet and mussels and paccheri. Drinks took too long. Server said was going to comp beers because took so long but didn't comp. Food was excellent though!

We had one of the best dinners we've had in years. We hadn't been there for a while, and it was so nice that nothing was diminished overtime. Still very fresh, the service in the food were wonderful, it still is one of the best restaurants in Louisville. We will likely be back in the next couple weeks.

Dining at Proof On Main was a wonderful experience! There were 5 of us for dinner and we all agreed it was outstanding!!! If we could give our server 100 stars, we would! She was amazing! The food was delicious! Not one complaint from our group, just compliments!!!

I'm a Louisvillian and have enjoyed 21C Proof and other 21C restaurants out of state as well. While the items on the menu are quite tasty and always attractively served. However, I'm not a fan of the leveled down bison burger. The pretzel bun once added and other changes make a difference. Fries as well. Jupiter was a fabulous server and attentive. However 3 crying children and babies continued throughout and were distracting to a nice quiet dinner.

This is the second time that we had a Christmas Eve dinner at this establishment. The staff is always very helpful, the drinks very delicious, and the food is always good. Love the decor and definitely can't wait to have another meal here when we visit Louisville.

Every single dish was amazing! Definitely going back anytime my family and I are in Kentucky. Dinner was so good that we came back for lunch the next day and then appetizers and salads a few days later. As a Bay Area California native, we are really spoiled with fresh ingredients prepared expertly and I really didn't expect the food to be so amazing.
