Food was cold, my whole order was wrong and very unappetizing. The queso for my chips was cold and dry, none of my add ons were on my food. The customer service was awful and just off putting. I’ve had a couple bad experiences ordering from here in the past but decided to give it another try out of convenience of location but now will not be returning.
OK and will do if needed. I love Qdoba, but you might want to look for a cleaner location.

So I have noticed that the steak or chicken is never fresh and you don’t get very great portions. I haven’t been back and choose to go to Chipotle now because of this. I used to chose Qdoba over Chipotle every time just because of the queso but that changed getting steak & chicken that’s 5 hours old and tough!! Also the attitude of the workers when you simply ask if there is any fresh meats doesn’t help. $40 wasted !!! Sad!

Food was great, service was awful. Staff acted like I was such an inconvenience for waiting for my pickup. After 30 minutes of waiting for my food that was supposed to already be finished, I was missing chips for my nachos. I asked the lady working the register for more chips and she did not speak, put one scoop of chips in the bag, and handed them to me harshly. If the service was as great as the food, they would receive all 5’s from me.
