If I could put a zero star I would, the workers are very very rude…I don’t think they like their job and they are better off sitting at home than coming to ruin people’s positive energy with their bad, negative and stinky attitude

Whoever the employee named Ally is, needs to be fired. She is the most disrespectful, lazy employee of any establishment I’ve ever been a patron at. She speaks to customers very rudely and without regard to anything they are saying. Then uses rehearsed lines given by her employer to justify her actions. I will never visit this place as long as she is employed there.

Ordered on the app, the app said order was complete. But upon arrival we had to wait 40minutes because not only did they not complete the order, they kept making orders in between finishing ours. Our food was cold by the time we got to eat it. This location is horrible.

I get the impression that everyone who works here hates their job. Frowns and sighs. Cold, bottom-of-the-pan chicken. Undercooked rice. Out of guacamole. I threw away my bowl and went elsewhere. Why are you open?

I honestly probably won’t go to this location again. It’s not so more the employees customer service but whoever is cooking the food and doing inventory/stock. I got a burrito bowl and the rice was undercooked, most of the chicken was pieces of fat and they were basically out of all toppings vegetable wise except for lettuce. Unfortunately not the first time either and I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to on this one.

Both times I came I was ignored by everyone on staff. Waited in line for 5 minutes and had three employees all walk out only to talk amongst themselves. I placed an order online the last time so I wouldn’t have to deal with such rotten customer service. It wasn’t busy at all and I was the only one in the store. I don’t know why they wouldn’t help me. Will not be returning

Last experience was annoying. Ordered 4 different meals. For the second one I asked for extra cholula chicken and barely got it. The the fourth meal I asked for cholula in general. There was more spoon than meat when she put it in the bowl and she tried to move on. I had to argue with her that the standard might be one scoop per customer but if the scoop barely covers a 3rd of the rice, it's hardly a fair scoop and I wasn't going to pay for extra just to get a regular serving. It was ridiculous and annoying.

This was absolutely horrible.... The workers are so rude.. the young guy that was on the register tonight Monday the 26th at 9:00 ..was absolutely the most rudest restaurant worker ive ever seen if I was his manager I would have fired him on the spot tonight ive never been so disrespected by a restaurant worker that it made me come out of character..but its not his fault because what the managers allow will continue even if they allow them to get high at work.. we won't be back!
