The steaks are amazing...when actually cooked correctly lol. Last night 2 of our steaks looked like this with the center being completely blue (they were supposed to be medium), but the 3rd person's steak was the most raw I've ever seen served to anyone. The offer to cook that one longer was accepted (we didn't realize the other two steaks were raw in the center yet), it came back charcoal black on the outside and still just as blue on the inside, which everyone could easily see....read full review
