we went to rallys 2 days before and there was a robot speaking and we were told to ask for human assistance ,we did and got no answer at all . We went back 2 days later and got an answer but there were 4-5 workers on deck and only 1 was working , she interrupted us in our order and got it all wrong we payed for items that we never received, the woman is talking and joking the whole time as she's the only one doing work , as they seen we were waiting and furious they all wanted to step in and help as there were orders in the drive thru and the walk up line .
