Rally's has a mixed reputation. While some customers experience slow service and uninviting areas, others appreciate the efficient and rapid service, especially with online ordering. The food is a highlight, with delicious fries, burgers, and apple pie. The restaurant is kid-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and has a small parking lot. Recent reviews highlight surprisingly good service, with staff being attentive and making the experience memorable. The restaurant is reported to be clean and well-organized, with the new management team doing a great job. Customers also note that the food is consistently hot and fresh, and the staff treats kids very well, making them feel important. There are plenty of parking spots, and overall, it remains a nice place for a quick meal.
