we went to rallys 2 days before and there was a robot speaking and we were told to ask for human assistance ,we did and got no answer at all . We went back 2 days later and got an answer but there were 4-5 workers on deck and only 1 was working , she interrupted us in our order and got it all wrong we payed for items that we never received, the woman is talking and joking the whole time as she's the only one doing work , as they seen we were waiting and furious they all wanted...read full review
The service really is bad . Almost 15 minutes to receive your order . They have one window open instead of having both passenger and driver side windows open . The one on 21st and Broadway in Louisville KY!
