All the staff is great EXCEPT this one manager. He rude and has no business working with the public. He picks and chooses who he helps when he helps. Has little to no respect for the customers that keep this place in business. Its actually sad that he acts like he does. Hopefully rallys sees this and his lack of managerial experience and realizes its a bad look.

I visited the Preston location about a week ago. The staff was very professional and enthusiastic. They were helpful. The food was made exactly as I ordered, put together in a good way and the taste was delicious. I had a very positive experience and I will come back
