Ramen Inochi

This was the first time I have ever been here! By far amazing! My husband and I both had ramen. I did vegan, and it was great. Nori was good, temp kept consistent throughout the whole bowl. Only complaint I had was it had A TON of broth, I would have liked more noodles in mine. Also- try cold sake! I have always had it hot, cold took it to a whole other level! Over all, we will be back again and again.

This ramen spot is easily the best in Louisville and one of the best I've ever had. Simple, straightforward space, friendly waiters, and fantastic ramen. The spicy miso tonkotsu is very good, especially with the pork. Some good sake available as well.

I think I've had Ramen (other than instant) one other time and it was quite disappointing so I haven't had ramen since. However, as I'm a huge korean drama geek , I started craving it as seeing the characters eat a bowl of ramen. So I've been wanting to go somewhere and decided to give Ramen Inochi a go! My thoughts? It's a pretty small place but I think that's what I liked about it. I'm sure quite some people had to wait but luckily my friend and I instantly got a table! Yay!...read full review
