Great atmosphere is tge best comment i can make. The waiter was confusing. He didnt service me the food ordered or make sure my drink was refilled while waited on my existing order. He was constantly on his cell phone. He gave little concern for my table.Good location but shabby customer service.

I enjoyed a visit with friends here. The food was good. Their roasted pork was succulent. I enjoyed it, made just for me. Our service was very nice, timely and accurate. The ice tea was fresh brewed and served in quart mason jars.

I live in Austin, Texas and this is the closest you can come to real Tex-Mex comfort food. Can't understand any of the complaints and bad reviews about price. Price has nothing to do with the great food served at Ramiro's. For the quantity, great presentation, and great taste - the price is just right. The only shortcoming has to be the chips. Texas chips are lighter and stronger to hold more guacamole per bite, but Ramiro's chips are great New Mexico style chips. Don't miss this great restaurant if you are in Louisville.

We had their food truck at our wedding and they did and amazing job! Went above and beyond for us to make the day perfect. People couldn't stop talking about how amazing the food was!

Ramiro's never disappoints. When my wife and I want to impress out of town guests, this is the place we likely will bring them. The food is always high quality and the selections are very unique - this is not your run of the mill Tex mex joint. What I love about Ramiro's is their smoked meats - smoked out back. I specifically love their brisket. Thank you for always being consistent and serving delicious food - we will be back!

Went here for a quick bite and really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is open and inviting, plus the staff is great. Nice variety of food items and drinks, so anyone can find something to enjoy. The queso is excellent and the street tacos were delicious…I recommend trying the birria. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in the area but this is certainly one of the better ones.

I really wanted to love this place. Decor on point, meat is very dry, drinks are weak.

Party of 9. 1hr later and we still had just water and chips. Service was stressed that day. I think it was one server for the entire place. We didn't see any orders going to tables until we got ours so the kitchen may have also been short staffed. The salsa was off flavor, and the tacos were ok. But I will say the shining light here was that brisket taco. Build the business around that. Brisket enchilada, brisket taco, brisket burrito, brisket queso.. that's a gold mine waiting to happen. It was really good and the only reason I'd want to try this again.

I am agreeing with the three-star rating as well. My wife and I visited on 6/7/22, around 6 pm. We took a couple of seats at the bar. During our visit, we liked the atmosphere, and service(friendly), but the food quality came up short of our expectations. We have been enjoying Ramiro's since the covid re-opening, and I was relieved that the quality seemed to stay the same as pre-covid. However, we have not visited Ramiro's for around six months, and yesterday we noticed the difference. For starters, the free chips and salsa are a great feature to give to guests in a time of rising prices and narrowing margins. I do not expect that will continue. In my opinion, the chips & salsa are very good. We ordered the Guac Dip, which we also enjoyed. I ordered a regular burrito. The queso cheese that came on top tasted chalky. Also, the tortilla was rubbery and white? As in, not toasted. The ground beef filling was mostly flavorless. My wife ordered a Spinach Quesadilla. Her tortilla was the same. We will not order those dishes again. We will return and try the Happy Hour menu.

We enjoyed the food truck last fall so thought we would try out the brick and mortar restaurant. Glad we did....fun casual place. Parking lot in the back if street parking is not your thing. It's a fun fast casual place to grab lunch or dinner. Food has great Flavoring and one of the best mojitos I have ordered at a local Restaurant

This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in Louisville. My friends and I frequented this place every month over the last few years. In the last month or so it has gone down hill. They made the menu smaller but kept things like burgers and wraps which didn't make sense. They also made a new rule that you have to pay with one card if it's a group which is an inconvenience. My uncle asked to speak with the manager 3 times and they never came...even though the restaurant was empty. Sad we have to find another go to Mexican spot.

Usually love this place however went tonight....They want to put a party of 8 or more on one check, the menu was downsized greatly, and when we requested a manager twice, Mario never came out to address our concerns. We paid for our drinks and found a better establishment.

We used to love going to Ramiro's. The menu is very limited due to staffing shortages. Hardly any traditional Mexican food on the menu. The staff was pretty lazy on making margaritas. We had to stir our peach flavoring our selves. It looked like a swirl margarita when it came out. Over priced for what it was! We had 2 margs and nachos for $40. I will not be going back until they go back to the way it was. Very disappointed.

My low rating is almost exclusively about the service or lack thereof over the quality of the food or the ambiance of the establishment. I came in with a large party of about fourteen. It took over two hours to get our food out all while watching other smaller tables come and go having drinks and apps and entrees delivered in a timely fashion. Our drinks were never refilled and we only got one bowl of chips refilled in all the time we were there with no new carafe of salsa. When the food did come out it was hot and had a good flavor, but half our party had to take it to go to get on with their day or back to work. I had heard so many great things about this place but it seems they are not set up for large parties. I would caution having anything over six as I am not sure they will prioritize you and take care of your needs.

I was incredibly disappointed in the service, attitude of the young girl who must have been some sort of lead, and the food. Where do I begin...we were a party of 15 and expected it to be a little bit of a wait. We were seated within a reasonable amount of time..but everything else fell apart. It took a total of about 1 hour 51 min. to get all of our food, and many of our orders were still missing. Four people in our party had to get their food to go because it took so long. The young hostess was flippant and was like "Whats the issue with it? Whats the problem?" We did not have drink refills and the restaurant was NOT busy (Friday afternoon at 2 PM). If you have any time constraints then do NOT eat here. It takes forever for bigger parties, and they honestly do not care, if it is wrong. They said they honored Military discount for smaller parties only, but ended up honoring it, after we showed we had 5 Veterans sitting at the table. Shameful. Ridiculous and a waste of $320.00. Never again... Go somewhere else.
