I've been bringing my kids here for years and finally got great service. The lady manager and the staff were awesome. the guy in the game room was working the ticket booth, machines and bumper cars was the best! he was so good to the kids and even handled some rude guest with a smile. way to go young man!!!! keep that attitude, you truly are a asset to gattis on Dixie!!!

This is a great place to bring your kids on cold day. The staff is friendly. The game room has plenty of games for all ages. And how can you go wrong with Mr. Gatti's pizza? Also a great place for a child's birthday party!

Needs improvements. Just because it's a good deal at $3.99 you still want variety and hot pizza. Came in around 2pm and just because not alot of people still need to keep pizza hot and variety. Plus I had to clean out the highchair before I could put my child in it. I looked and all like that. Straps need a good cleaning:(

We rented the room for an office event. It was the perfect venue. Plenty of space, tables and chairs. Convenient location. Highly recommend.

Not the same as it once was the last few visits has been the same..the pizzas looked like they have been sitting for hours and not to many choices to choose from... Only special ordered pizzas were coming out hot and fresh and given to the customers who ordered them..After the first couple experiences I thought OK maybe its bound to get better but no its still the same.. On this visit the place was not busy at all and employees had well enough time to keep the bar with fresh hot pizza with selected variety!!
