they just had the audacity to bring me out a completely raw burger, still cold when you touched the meat. there should be no excuse, the burger didnt even appear to be cooked all the way. not apologetic just said we could make you another one, after i said no my appetite was ruined all i was offered was more free fries.
Very overpriced. A small fish sandwich with a side $17 up charged another $2 for sweet potato fries. Then tried to charge me for a stupid game they had on the table without even telling customers there is a charge for it. Fish sandwich was horrible and my husband hamburger was no better than a Big Mac. I will never walk in a Red Robin again. I could have gotten a steak meal at Texas Roadhouse for the same price.
Hey Red Robin- change your times on FB and Mapquest so I don’t disappoint my son because you stop seating at 7:35pm …. It’s not that hard… be respectful of people’s time- especially potential customers
