Had a great experience at the Fern Creek location. The online ordering system was down so our order did not go through. The management staff handled it really well. Came out an explained what happened, apologized for the delay, offered us a free soft drink while we waited and more. I feel they went above and beyond to personally handle our order despite the delay being beyond their control. We will definitely be returning as regular patrons. Our order was fresh and delicious.

There were four of us. My sister-in-law eats gluten free. It is not always easy to find a place she can eat that works with her health issues. She had no trouble. The rest of our dinners were fine as always. We love roosters.

This Roosters is always a pleasure to work with! Anytime our family has a celebration they accommodate our large party by reserving an area for us. The service is always fabulous and the food is on point every time! Our family in and out of town always love going!

They really don't know what they're doing here. While handling customers, they were so confused the customers waiting were getting angry. My order, just like last time, was wrong. They are such a mess.
Our server came up with this Ariana grande act so annoying I wanted to cry she spilt my water and blamed Casper then I had to ask five minutes later for napkins because she just left with a huge puddle on the table. My chicken tenders were soggy! The cheesy bacon fries were an over priced maybe six curly fries and idk how that’s shareable. Our server disappeared for forever and never even said have a good night or anything she just sat the check with my card and walked away! I hated my experience and paid way to much for it and I will never visit the fern creek location again.
