My boyfriend went here one morning to get us coffee before I had woken up. He was struggling to understand the menu as it’s a “how many creams and sugars” vs a “here’s this drink give me that based off a recipe you already have”. Anyway, the cashier was really nice to him and killed it when he told them to just make it how they thought it would be good. This place is great. The service is always quick and friendly. We had some order issues one day when it was busy, but they were very quick to fix the issues. There's plenty of space to sit to meet with others or work alone. The breakfast burrito was tasty and I love their coconut brown sugar latte they had.
Sadly stopped going here because the service just isn’t there. Too often I felt like I was annoying the staff for ordering and just stopped going. I understand, obviously, that no one likes to work but, if I’m paying $7 for a coffee to go, I atleast expect to not get dirty looks from workers :/ just idk, I’ve noticed a major diff in customer service in general since gen z has taken over the customer service totem pole. It’s not a big deal just, I don’t like getting dirty...
