I ordered delivery, and part of my order was wrong.
I tried calling 2-3 times over 20 minutes and no one picks up the phone.
I know it’s busy on a Monday during late lunch, but I figured someone would be able to pick up the phone after 20 minutes.
Yet when I call the st matthews location, they pick up after 2 rings.
Pretty disappointed in my food being incorrect after spending $50 on lunch, and the fact they can’t pick up the phone to fix the issue.

Always a great experience every time I come! Ada and Marcella are consistently so kind and incredibly hospitable. They always have a smile and make you feel welcomed. They are a huge part of why I always come back!

This place isn't just a restaurant, its a life style. I came in expecting a good meal with a few of my buddies, leaving i got the greatest gift of all. i walk in and am awestruck with the sight of Ada, my serve. She is the sweetest most awesome possum worker I have met. She just knows what to say, took my order with the biggest smile, and even gave me free chips. What I would do for her to be my waiter is unspeakable and unforgivable. I think about her and the place 24/7. My life is truly changed for the better. Shoutout to Ada, my star crossed lover. This place is the best place ive ever seen. This place resembles greatness. Come here and experience greatness.

I was a daze; saddened my burden of coursework from school. I pull into the parking lot of Salsarita’s Middletown, wallowing in my sadness. When I walked in, I was instantly greeted by a wave of kindness by the workers of Salsarita’s Middletown. I asked for a burrito, but what I received was much more than a burrito; it was truly greatness, on the same tiers as LeBron James, Tom Brady, and Barry Bonds, the GREATEST OF ALL TIME of burritos. I felt honored sitting at the high table, eating my burrito. Five stars, I’d recommend this experience to anyone who needs a life-altering experience.
May I add, this is better than Chipotle; much better. It’s more than just a Mexican chain restaurant. This is incredible. I am not joking when I say this is life-changing. I now regularly donate to my local animal shelter and donate to charities due to this experience. This experience not only physical, but it’s also metaphorical; we will one day grow old, yet the fresh memory of the fresh food I received will still prevail.

I recently visited the Salsarita’s on Shelbyville Road in Middletown, and I must say, it was an unexpected delight. One expects a quick lunch; one does not expect to feel as though one has wandered into a well-run country estate—yet such was the atmosphere.
The real star of the visit was Ada. From the moment I approached the counter, she treated me with a warmth and attentiveness normally reserved for long-standing club members in Mayfair. She assembled my order with remarkable precision, every ingredient placed as though it mattered—because to her, it clearly did.
The food itself was excellent. My burrito was a perfect balance: warm tortilla, flavorful chicken, fresh toppings—nothing sloppy, nothing hurried, simply well-crafted. And the restaurant was tidy, calm, and genuinely pleasant to sit in.
In short, Ada made the experience memorable. Her service elevated a simple meal into something far more distinguished. If you find yourself in Middletown, do yourself a favor and stop at Salsarita’s on Shelbyville Road.
Ask for Ada. You’ll be well looked after.

Haven’t visited in a while, but was looking forward to this visit.Didn’t expect to get cold grilled chicken in my tacos . Even the queso was like luke warm . Definitely not the best I’ve had here . Being there was no one there when I visited I would’ve thought the food would be fresher and better.

Love this place, by far the best Mexican grill in the city. The staff is very friendly and have great energy i usually visit on my lunch break and never have a bad experience. The food is always fresh and the lobby is always. The restroom are in tip top shape which is always a plus. Would highly recommend!
