Every time I come here they are out of something! I get a specific drink everyday and both Dixie locations and the location on Preston hwy are always out of it. Like I don’t know who orders for you all but you need to order accordingly. If it’s high demand drink order more. There shouldn’t be a reason at 8 AM you are out of anything, and have to tell a customer you are getting a truck later to come back! Like who has that type of time to do that!

Went the other day bc I had a dr appt in Louisville. I'm in vine Grove. Chick-fil-A was closed down for construction and I couldn't get a frosted coffee. I gave scooters a try and ordered a trick or treat blender...wow it was delicious! I will definitely have to return!

I've been to this location several times and usually the coffee is good and the service is great. Last night, I ordered a Smores Frappuccino and it tasted like there were chemicals in it. I took one sip and it burned my throat a little and I got a minor stomach ache. I called the location to notify them so they could check to make sure they wasn't giving something hazardous to anyone else. They seemed unconcerned and didn't offer to replace my coffee on another date. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident.
