I always have a great experience at this location. TWICE I have messed up and ordered at the wrong one and the employees always assure me it's NO PROBLEM and make my coffee for me anyways! the gentleman at the window was so kind to me and also gave me a duckie! nothing but nice thing to say really about the whole staff!

I ordered an everything bagel with NO cheese and a large brewed coffee. I made sure I brought it to the order taker to make sure please NO cheese, she said ok. I get to the windows, he says everything bagel and a large brewed coffee? Can i have my receipt please, I get my receipt. I says yes with no cheese no acknowledgement of no cheese. I get my coffee and bagel and go park so I can fix my coffee and lo and behold...... cheese, so I look at my receipt and it is not even on there to request no cheese. Sorry, 2nd chance I will not return. Not a care about putting cheese on it. I can not eat cheese, it will send to the hospital. Not even fair.

The service is fine but the coffee is easily the worst I've ever had in my life I didn't even go back for a second drink the first one made me physically ill I'd highly suggest either going to another franchise or a while different coffee place

every single time i come here like 3 times a week they do not have half of their food items in stock. today i went they were out waffle sandwiches, everything bagels, breakfast burritos. for the drinks they didnāt have large cups and so the barista said they can give me a medium and small to make up the large. basically my whole order they didnāt haveā¦ iāve noticed other locations update what they donāt have on the scooters app. but this location is probably the worst.

I live nearby and frequent this location. Tonight, I had a very poor experience. I ordered an Oreo blender, the same drink Iāve gotten since they released it. But tonight, for some reason there was very little Oreo in the actual drink. I went back thru the drive-thru (Iām familiar with how this drink is supposed to be made since I get it frequently) and politely mentioned I thought the person who made it may have forgotten to put Oreo in it. They offered to remake it, as they should if itās wrong. At the window, they asked for the first drink back, which again, I was fine with and kindly handed it back. Unfortunately, the worker seemed almost annoyed and the new drink had even LESS Oreoā¦ unbelievable for a drink that cost $8. Very disappointing.
