Appetizers were great (oysters and calamari), entrees were ok, but portion sizes were small (shrimp ceviche had only 4 medium sized shrimp (and was very spicy in case that matters to you), scallops were only 3 medium sized, tuna was maybe a 1/4-1/3 lb. of Tuna) Tuna entree also lacked flavor IMO. Presentation was very good though. I guess that is how it goes, the more you pay, the less they give you. Service was very good for the most part. Not sure I would go back but wouldn't...
Okay so we had high expectations for this restaurant based on everything we read and they exceeded expectations! We starved with guacamole mixed tables idea which was perfect. My wife and I shared jumbo lump crab seviche which delighted. My wife had halibut and crab cigar and I had sapphire salmon. Both dishes presented as original preparations well worth the visit to Seviche.

Food was meh. Ordered a bunch of different stuff and none of it is worth having again. Place was also dead on a Monday night. This is a restaurant you recommend to someone you don't like because you want them to waste money.
