Sichuan Garden Chinese Restaurant

This is one of the two best Chinese restaurants in Louisville. One is more authentic, and this place is for all the 'chinese takeout' staples. & I mean no insult or disrespect in that. Both are delicious and both serve a purpose. Also the nostalgia when dining in makes me just as happy as the food. The general Taos, spicy orange chicken & Singapore noodles are the best I've ever had!!

The best tofu dish ever! Sorry I can't remember but it was silken, not breaded or fried. Enjoyed with friends when back in Louisville for holidays.

If you are looking for a higher quality Chinese restaurant this is the place. Prices are higher, but the quality of meats are fully represented. They also have a Korean Menu if you ask and their dishes are amazing. Highly recommend this place if you want top tier food.

This restaurant is a head above others in Louisville, but not pricey. We especially enjoyed the Sichuan string beans. The interior has kind of nostalgic Chinese restaurant feel. We'll be coming back and will be recommending this restaurant in particular. I wonder if the owner would consider adding other Sichuan classics like Cumin Lamb or Sichuan boiled fish to the menu?

Our first time to the Sichuan Garden and everyone was pleased. The Szechuan chicken was great! And so was the beef and broccoli and the staff was friendly
