Silvio's Italian Restaurant Reviews
You have a server who came out to the parking lot and told a friend of mine that they didn’t tip him enough. Not good. We have a neighborhood group who go out to dinner monthly and Silvio’s was mentioned. But after we heard this, Silvio’s isn’t an option
Friendliest staff!! Most delicious food!
All around perfect dining experience!!

Silvio's Italian Restaurant serves delicious food with excellent wait staff in a family-friendly environment. This family-owned business offers authentic Italian dishes with good seasoning, strong tomato flavor, and not too garlicky. Favorites include fettuccine Alfredo, linguini, meatball lasagna, and Italian cream cake. The restaurant is known for its warm, family atmosphere and is suitable for all occasions, including birthdays and special celebrations. Visitors often enjoy the personable owner, Bill Silvio Melillo, and friendly service, making guests feel like family. The chef visits each table, adding a special touch to the dining experience.
Silvio's has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible, with no stairs and easy access from the parking lot. The menu features dishes like Lasagna, Ziti with Vodka sauce, Scampi, veal parm, and seafood pasta, all praised for their quality and flavor. The shrimp and polenta dish is highly recommended, with the polenta crisped for a rustic touch. For dessert, cannolis and lemoncella cake are popular choices, finishing off a satisfying Italian experience. Despite some concerns about a rude hostess, customers highly recommend the restaurant and express their eagerness to return for the best Italian food in Kentucky.
