When did hair become part of the order of coneys? I’m bald so I know it didn’t come from me. Says 100% on the door for the food safety score, highly doubt that based on this most recent experience. Will be quite a while before considering coming back.

Skyline never disappoints and the Dupont location in Louisville is my favorite! Always friendly, fast and super attentive. It doesn't matter if it's drive-thru, dine-in, lunchtime, dinner time or sometime in between, it's the best!

Usually this is a great place. Must have been an off day. Food was not as warm as it should be. I told the lady at the counter and all she said was “Oh”. Nothing else. Our server was the only one working but she did a great job! Chili wasn’t watered down, but again needed to be hotter. Hopeful for the next time!

Changes have been made. Portions are smaller. Service is not as good as in past. Recipe seems to be a little different as well and not quite as good as what made it famous

Usually they're pretty good, but whoever was making the food at lunch today messed up every part of my order. Had to go eat a second lunch somewhere else because the food I was given was inedible. Also, the drive through line took forever, then the food was cold anyways.

Clean place, fully staffed, good food. Handicapped accessible Handicapped parking
Used to be a favorite. Years ago they stopped putting chickpeas in the salad. I bring my own. Now they have reduced the size of the salad - but act like it has always been that size. It has not. You have to ask for drink refills and for more crackers. $ 7.49 for a small salad with no protein. I will give it one more try then go to Panera where I can get protein in a half portion for $8.49.
