My favorite burger place in Louisville. I wish they had one in fern creek instead of homerun. They're shakes are amazing! I have yet to try their chicken but it looks good too. Try the smash tots if you like tatertots but want a little extra flavor.

This is one of the best burgers I have ever hadWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is not easy. You have to walk a bit to get to the entrance.
Food - ok for the price.Service - Holly (manager?) is the ultimate toxic boss. Micromanaging employees, more worried about food costs than time and the guests to the restaurant. Take out orders took priority over dine in & she was annoyed she had any visitors at all. She wasn't worried about people yelling at the workers or what conversations could be overheard in the lobby.Atmosphere - slippery floors, dirty tables, and employee attention and attitude just added to the environment.Don't recommend. Go somewhere else.

Oily fries we no good. Burger over cooked. Will try again and change review accordingly. Maybe just an off day.

The food was phenomenal. It's a little pricey but in my opinion it is worth the money. The place was clean, but we were also the 1st customers of the day. The service was mediocre, and the guy got my companion's order wrong, but it was fixed quickly. I will be going back because the food was SO good.

The lady running the Shelbyville Rd location is joke the way she talks to her employees is a disgrace. The restaurant at noon was very dirty walls floor garbage cans. Onion rings ice cold not setting cold ice cold other than that most of the Food was ok but definitely not going back at least not that location ever.
Great place. They put a lot of bacon on everything, eat with care. Kind of expensive.Parking: Big parking, no worries.Kid-friendliness: Yes, it is a relaxed atmosphere with comfy stalls.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in by wheelchair.

The owner of this store needs to take a good hard look at themselves and start paying a Fair wage so maybe you actually will have some employees. the last 2 times I have visited this location,. There has been one employee taking orders and then going in the kitchen to cook. today I went in and was told there would be a 30 minute Wait for food so I left. this is not the employee's fault. It is the manager and owners for not providing a good place to work and fair compensation. I managed a Smashburger in Colorado for 4 years and I know exactly what it takes to run this restaurant. It's incredibly disappointing to see what a restaurant is capable of, and then see whatever is happening here.

My order took nearly 40 minutes. Why? Because the male employee on the grill went to lunch/break. The female on the grill was busy arguing very loudly and disrespectful to a older male who was dressed like he was probably a manager. At the farthest end of the store by the door I could still hear all of her arguments. She didn't do any work during this time. This was extremely unprofessional. So many people were waiting for food. The older male did nothing to stop this female cook from ranting or get her back to work. Our food arrived shortly after the male cook went back from break. It was not correct but by this point why even bother. The young lady running the cash register was so beyond amazing. She had to deal with all the frustrated customers while these other 2 employees acted like spoiled children. They should both be fired and she should be given a raise. My first and absolutely last experience with smash burger. We drove 3.5 hours to try it. What a shame.
