Smoothie King in Louisville

“This smoothie king is the best! My husband and I have food allergies. In the past we have had problems with contamination at other smoothie king locations. We never have any issues at this location. They are diligent and take our allergies very seriously. Plus they are also very sweet! Great customer services and never make me feel bad for needing accommodations. The young guy who works the drive thru is awesome!“

“I love this location because they always do a amazing job at this one making it the best one in Louisville by far, for example I got delivery and they made sure to put the tape over the straw hole showing how much they care for the customers well being making me highly impressed. (This was the promotional cup so it wasn't the stereotypical in the middle like the others) If they didn't care they wouldn't have even paid attention to it.“

“I actually come to this location every day. My smoothie is always prepared and it is exactly how I ordered it. The staff is extremely kind. I always get excited when it is the same stuff that I’m used to seeing every day! They even know my order by memory!“

“I don’t feel the poor reviews here are accurate. I spoke with the workers about it and they said all the complaints are people in the drive-through who order 4 different drinks and then want their smoothies in 2 minutes. It takes time to make smoothies people that have like 10 ingredients. Just order ahead in the app if you’re pressed on time- they’re ready every time. More importantly, each of my visits the smoothies have been made correctly and timely- so again, I’d ignore the poor, impatient-people drive-through complaints and come have a great smoothie when you don’t mind the 5 minute wait it takes to make one.“
