I waited 1.5 HOURS for my food and sonic is refusing to give me a refund for any of it, even after I did not receive my drink because they slit a hole in it.
Absolutely insane the hassle and attitude we got while trying to order. Had I of known how terrible the reviews was, we wouldn’t of wasted our time.
Do better.
We always have THE BEST experience here! I ate here for lunch AND dinner today, and both times, the service was fast and super friendly. I brought my nieces and nephews to Sonic tonight, and the employees were very nice, friendly, and quick...even though we ordered A LOT of food and drinks! Ollie (or Ali - not sure of the spelling!) was extremely friendly tonight. Definitely recommend going here instead of the one on Hurstbourne.
