Ordered pizza. Hour and a half delivery time. No big deal. Get order and it's wrong order. Called back and was talked to rudely. Will probably never order from here again. And it's a shame because pizza is really good. But being talked to like that and I'll take my money elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 10:00 pm and they said it would be delivered in 45 minutes to an hour. Called at 11:00 and they said it was ready and waiting for pickup and delivery. It’s now 11:50 and just got this text “ I'm currently waiting on order , shouldn't be long” and this “ They said it's coming up”! It’s apparent from my conversations with employees that they are either lying about our pizza being ready or are giving ours away and bumping us to the back of the line…??? Don’t order a pizza from these guys unless you aren’t hungry? Edit: pizza arrived at 12:06 am. As soon as the driver handed it to me I realized it was cold?

Parking: I have been to all of them here in Louisville uh, but the one in particular here is on Baxter Avenue, so parking there. It's kind of like the one in Saint Matthews it's just along the front right off the street, you know? And then on the side, I think there's a little bit I think go around the alley in part two but they have some great pizza. It's it's something different. It's not like you rail, you know? It's not a regular pizza. Okay. So get out of your head when you think Pizza, when you think spinellas, it's not like regular pizza so, It is pizza but it's just different the way. I don't know if it's their dough the way they cook it. How big it is? I don't know maybe it's the toppings they use, I don't know, but they use things that you not normally see like, you know, On the Buffalo uh, pizza. You know, it comes with the like noodles on it. You know there's uh the chicken barbecue pizza. It comes with Onion rings. Big onion rings on it!
